The service was truly impeccable—friendly, attentive, and professional. The place is spotless and beautifully decorated, making it a very pleasant spot to relax. As a Spanish speaker, I really appreciated that Manuel, who attended me, spoke Spanish. He was kind and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’d recommend and visit again!
Coffee was overly expensive and weak/watery. Furniture was uncomfortable and environment was unwelcoming. Also their 15c single serving honey jars have gone from 55c to €1.20. Costa's greed is getting out of hand. I recommend Nero over costa.
Ordered a latte with oat milk, and got... Not what I expect from a latte. It tasted funny too, like black coffee with oat milk. An oat latte should not taste like black coffee with oat milk. The oat milk definitively wasn't steamed - no froth! Maybe the "barrista" lacks coffee knowledge?
The decor was nice enough, and the staff friendly, which gived them two rather than one star, but there was noisy construction work going on. Am not likely to visit again.
